This birthday Brownie! Today is also her first scout meeting (and she brought chocolate lollipops for her class, and she had a book report/art project to present and her old kindergarten teacher was to be in visiting . . . it simply doesn't get any more exciting!) and she couldn't have been prouder to don this new uniform. You'd think since she's in a school uniform every day she wouldn't care but evidently this is just over-the-top thrilling! As the youngest in her class, she's just thrilled to finally be 7 like everyone else. I keep telling her that someday she won't be wishing all these years away so quickly!
